Give your employees and their families an unforgettable experience with a safari-themed picnic, complete with volleyball, inflatables, a wet-and-wild water balloon toss, and other interactive games. Raffle prizes add extra excitement, sending lucky winners home with memorable goodies. Just share a few details about your event, and we’ll handle the rest—whether you have 30 guests, 900, or anything in between. Swadley’s Barbecue is one of our favorite catering options, and we can accommodate any venue size.

  • Use of one party facility for 2 hours (additional charge for longer parties).

  • 30-minute setup time prior to party for decorating.
     
  • 2 animals of your choice brought to your party room by our handlers (based on animal availability).
     
  • Additional animals: $25 each.
     
  • New for Fall 2023: Baby Zebra bottle-feeding for the birthday child ($35 add-on).

• Deposit: $75 for two-hour parties (non-refundable), $100 for three-hour or after-hour parties
   
• Cancellation Policy: Parties not cancelled at least 72 hours in advance will be charged the full price.
   
• Overtime: Parties extending beyond two hours will incur additional fees.
